Technical Sales:
Full-time, Monday-Friday.
Join a team that helps installers around the country find the right home automation/security solution for their next project. We sell exciting home technology like lighting controls, whole-house audio, video surveillance, access control, temperature control and more, then support the field technicians during installation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service and technical support by phone and email
- Providing product specifications based on customer requirements
- Maintaining website product listings
- Attaining basic knowledge on all product lines and in-depth knowledge on select product lines
- Becoming a product specialist on select product lines
- Participating in Outreach Program to maintain contact and increase sales to existing accounts by watching sales trends (bonus opportunities)
- Opportunity to participate in and host online and in-person trainings
Successful candidate will possess:
- Interest in technology
- Professional written and oral communication skills
Preference given to candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Technical Support
- Technology (networking, computers, programming, etc)
- Troubleshooting
- Building Trades
